The World's Body @ Penny

 here This poem now published in Penny in the shape of a head wants to add "thou anointest my head with oil," from Psalm 23. Sure that head needs to be anointed, for goodness and mercy to follow all the days of its life. This composition occurs while lying on a rooftop of a house on the Balcones Fault overlooking Austin, hearing the cries, gunfire and moans of traffic in the distance. Interpreted later in a dream the cry of the world's body is heard in the body of any sleeper at any time. The moan of the world and the body are one and recall that all creation groans together for the redemption of the body and the adoption of the sons. Romans 8.19-23.
